WCHS trustee Walter Schwartz will deliver a presentation at the Dobbs Ferry Public Library regarding Franklin Quimby Brown, one of the leading citizens of Dobbs Ferry during the first half of the 20th century. Walter’s article regarding Brown appeared in the Fall 2018 issue of The Westchester Historian. The talk is cosponsored by WCHS, the Friends of the Dobbs Ferry Library and the Dobbs Ferry Historical Society.
